Meet the Team
All staff are encouraged to continually update their professional knowledge in line with current practice by accessing further training and research.
Little Feet Nursery works alongside Bury and Bolton College to provide a childcare apprentice programme that leads to a qualification in Childcare & Education at either Level 2 or Level 3.
Little Feet have an EYP (Early Years Practitioner) she is responsible for supporting the staff working with the 3–4-year-olds. Preparing the children for big school, planning and assessment and supporting staff when delivering the letters and sounds phonics programme.
Apprentices are employed by the company and are fully supported throughout their training. Each apprentice can attend day release classes with their training provider or training sessions via teams.
We also welcome students that attend other local training centres and colleges that wish to attend Little Feet on a placement.
As part of our recruitment and selection process all staff and students are strictly vetted, with work and character references and must have DBS clearance to work at Little Feet.
